Q: Can I use this on a house gas stove or electrical stove？
A: The griddle has oil drop holes, we recommend use it for gas grills, portable propane gas，camping stoves or suitable fire pit.
Q: How thick is the griddle? Does it have something on the bottom to prevent warping?
A: The thickness of fry griddle is 4MM. It's nonstick, easy to clean, and stands up to scrapers.
Q: Does this griddle use non-stick coating?
A：It's best to season before the first use, even if we've seasoned it once

Oil Drip Port
The unique grease dripping design of fry griddle allows you to deal with food debris and oil during cooking.

Cleaning & Seasoning your Griddle
First
After grilling, use a bench scrapper to scrape food residue.
Second
Cleaning it while it was still warm with warm water and a rag or scrubber.
Third
Small fire drying griddle, wipe a layer of oil on the griddle, and repeat several times
Finally
After seasoning, start cooking. Grill and fry all at the same time. You can make pancakes, bacon, eggs, vegetables

Great griddle. Nice to cook everything all at once. Compatable with camp chef 3 burner stove. Only downfall can't find a silicone protection mat to fit.

Product bend when it get hot...I sent it back and the vendor never give me a credit...I think they should give me a credit or replace it with better material...They kept my money and that is not right.

We just did about 20# of burger in 2 batches and took no time at all. Only compaint I can say is I need to weld the bottom back on in a few places, it warps and pushes the griddle out but nothinv bad.
