I like these Hobart welding rods but the 1/8 " will do anout anything these will but last longer. I just need to make the right heat settings to use the. The 1/16 rodes I have are an even bigger rayst of monet fot thr repairs I am performing on my old farm emplements. Must of the equipment is pre 1980 and badly rusted. So I use quit a few eloctrodes to fix the problems. The rust is the biggest problem. But with welding and grinding I get the jobs done. Most of the work I am doing is on old three point bushogs. Ithe metal on many of them is too thin to reall be worthwhile. But the new ones are also built cheaply with a very high cost to buy. Si I keep trying to fix them.

El artículo es bueno, pero llegó roto el contenedor con lo que se humedecen los electrodos y se estropean. Mal menejo por parte de la paquetería y el mal empaque que solo era la bolsa de borbuja.

I'm just starting out learning to weld, so i need a lot of rods to burn through to practice on. These are the right size for my crappy machine, and I'm starting to lean toward 6013 over 7014. That might be entirely do to how much I've practiced on 6013, but I find them very easy to control. I hope to eat through this entire sleeve in a month, and increase my skill.
