the hole for the pin that the spur gear is held in place with was incorrectly placed on the shaft by about 0.5mm-1mm, i was able to make it work by filing/sanding the back of the diff pinion gear where it seats against the bearing by about 0.5mm, this did change the mesh so shims have to be added.otherwise works ok.

Almost everything came perfectly. One thing did not come so good and that was the rod in the middle of the thin gear. It was slightly misprinted or molded and was not the right length. The hole was misplaced. I had an extra one so I was able to fix that by disassembling the rod and putting a new rod in there instead. Which seems to fix it. Otherwise everything was good.

Where do I start?The bearing pocket on the inside is a loose fit causing shaft wobble from side to side destroying spur gear mesh. The shaft is to big around and has to be sanded for the bearings to fit. I can shim the bearing. (not included) But the worst is the diff pinion gear fit. It has about 2mm of play between the stop and the C clip making the gear mesh to loose to use. It's to small to shim. It's the gear, not the shaft. The only usable part was the diff gears.
