From the start it never worked. Only was running a 280 motor. Unfortunate

Like all Hobbywing ESC's this one is perfect if you use it for it's intended purpose. It's only rated at 25 amps, so it's best for lightweight models such as 1/14 and smaller. I put this one in a 3DSets semi, and it works perfectly for that purpose. I've never had any issues with any of my Hobbywing ESC's, and I have a bunch of them. You can't go wrong choosing their products to power your models.

Tested and working perfectly. The packaging and fit and finish scream quality. I will be using it on my dromida sc4.18 truck.

I’ve been using the Hobby Wing Quicrun 1625 ESC in my scx24, and it performs really well. The compact size makes it easy to fit into tight spaces, and it provides smooth and consistent throttle control. The setup process was straightforward, and the ESC works flawlessly with brushed motors. While it’s a solid product, I’d love to see a bit more customization in settings or additional features for advanced tuning. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone needing a reliable speed controller for small-scale RC cars.

Reliable, small package (a little bigger than expected for a 1:18 custom built buggy, but the size is not really a worry). I ran into 2 main issues:- the reverse MAX and forward MAX speeds are extremely different (reverse is - no EP programming on the ESC, most ESCs allow you to put the device into EP programming by adding power with high power, then set the low and high points. So if your radio's default EP's are a bit different than others, then you can still get the best out of the ESC. Instead this ESC will just take the power-on throttle as mid-point and you're up for a big surprise when you let the throttle go after it initialized with a high throttle (will get a full blast reverse).Because of these I'm still thinking of getting a different ESC that I will use long-term.

Another good product from hobbywing. Fit my rc vehicle well and with better specs. I would purchase again if needed.

I used this in a mini monster truck, based off a TRX4M. This works well with it. Paired with a 48T 180 sized motor.

Perfect for SCX24 esc/reciever replacement. Pair with a dumbo reciever and you will be very happy. The original horrizon esc/reciever doesn't last more than a month and you will need to replace it. Save yourself the headache and wasted money and get this esc and pair with a dumbo reciever. They both fit perfectly in the SCX24, even with the injora rocky buggy body mod. I LOVE HOBBYWING I have their electronics in my kraton exb, hbx 18889a, and scx24 I have never had an issue with their products. Hobbywing for the win!

Small size, fits perfectly upright, back-to-back with a receiver, in place of the combo unit that originally came in the FMS Atlas 6x6. It’s much smoother and quieter than stock. Just one downside: it ONLY has forward/brake/reverse. That can make it somewhat awkward for crawling. The 1060 has a forward/reverse mode, but it’s physically larger.

Even if not a real crawler ESC it Works like a charm in the SCX24. Plenty of power ans very smooth opération. Smoother than stock Axial V2 electronics. Quieter and smaller footprint. Definatly an upgrade over stock ESC

Used this brushed esc in my sons redcat volcano 16. The little truck came with a 2 in 1 esc/receiver combo . Because of that , it came with a five wire servo. We have two of these trucks for our boys and both have had steering issues from the get go. I used this new Hobbywing esc to replace the stock one. I was also able to get a better , three wire servo, and better transmitter/receiver combo . The truck has much better acceleration and I’m getting longer run times out of the batteries. The esc is staying nice and cool under hard use as well! The only thing that could be better is to be able to adjust the esc settings . It has the jumper to switch from nimh to lipo batteries but that’s it. No punch settings or voltage cutoff adjustments to be had. Although I understand cause it was a cheaper esc . Definitely still worth the buy!
