• What I do is cut the pipe with an 18” up-chop-saw with hold-downs. Because sawn ends are sharp, I developed a beveling system and routs both inside and outside until smooth. Now we wash the materials. On a positive gravity table, we take our pipe lengths and begin fusion them together on a flat surface. Then a fresh coat of plastic paint goes on. Imperfection in pipe material can be expected. The transportation of pipes causes imperfections however paint freshens it up.
