This is a very nice bench/rack. I was a little skeptical that it would be flimsy, but I was very surprised by how sturdy it is. It went together quickly. The instructions were easy to follow, and the parts were all clearly marked. It's also very attractive.

The steps were very clear and made this easy to assemble. I was done within 30 minutes and think that this will be a great addition to help organization in small spaces. For step 8 I’d turn the booklet to the side to more easily imagine how it comes together. I don’t feel comfortable putting too much weight on this as I don’t think it’s meant to be heavy duty. I wish the hooks would screw on or fit tighter. Other than that, I’d recommend.

The shoe rack didn’t have any way of screwing the hooks on. The two wood boards that you had to screw the metal piece on to was impossible. The screws we had and the “hole” in the wood for it to go into didn’t match. The screw was splitting the wood every time we tried. Very disappointed.
