Owned the chair for 2 months and the inserts the bolts for the arm rest screw into are not holding causing the arm rests to be loose. I'm guessing in two more months they will be so loose I will have to replace the chair. Other than that it's not bad. Edit: The seller reached out to me and offered to remedy the situation. Which they did to my total satisfaction. I won't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Got this as a gift for my grandson.....he loves it and I think the value for the quality and price is A+. Comfortable, sturdy and reclines.

My nephew assembled this chair and said it was pretty easy to put together. No major issues. We then used it during family game night and it was so comfy that everyone wanted to sit in it. It rolls nicely, has plenty of cushioning, and good structure. It's light enough to move about but the wide wheel base helps keep it stable. Arm rests are padded too.But here are the best parts: speakers, massage, and foot rest! They aren't the absolute fanciest speakers or massage, but for the price of the chair overall, they are such nice features to have. The massage part is just vibration but it's nice if you're sitting in the chair for a long time. The foot rest is great because it tucks under the chair if you don't want it. The speakers sound decent. Again, not the fanciest but a cool feature that's built into the back of the chair.Overall, it's one of the nicer chairs we've had for gaming, relaxing, or working on the computer. Might have to get a few more!

The chair arrived pretty quickly. I've been trying to find something to help with my neck and shoulder pain. I like the massager and the ergonomics of the chair. It seems to have good support. However, the foot rest arrived ripped in the package which is really disappointing considering the price of the chair. I was upset because everything else seems like good quality for the price.

This chair is great for long gaming sessions. It's got a good amount of padding, and the fabric breathes well. The massage function is a nice touch for relaxing, and the speakers are surprisingly decent for background sound. The footrest makes it even better for chilling out. Feels like it's built to last, and the high back supports you well. I love the vibration feature, although you do need easy access to a USB power source for that, which is hard when console gaming. If you're a PC gamer, this is a real winner.
