I just bought another set. I mounted them to a 2x4 which is then attached to a concrete wall. For the price, you cannot beat them!

I was skeptical that the rod would hit the back of my 4" revolver as it displays in the product description that the rod is 4" long. It did not.I would say this display fixture can hold firearms with AT LEAST a 3" barrel length without hitting the bullet itself or the firing pin.Supply longer screws for better security, the ones that come with are pretty short to be holding something as dangerous as a firearm.

Its your basic pole in the hole style mount with a heavy crinkle powder coat. Usa made, I will always prefer supporting home grown "if the price is within reason" and at $7 ea these are VERY MUCH more than reasonable , they're actually cheaper than the chinese ones...and made better...with warranty...For those complaining it doesn't fit well on sub compacts or that they had to trim... just slide the rubber up some and it wont move back down on or past that 90° elbow... also I picked up some thin wall fuel line and now have an even better coated rod not that it needed it but for peace of mind "metal rods touching my crown or bore trips my ocd"

Pretty sturdy but not super strong. Will hold a 45 no problem but your desert eagle may need 2. These are pretty cool to mount your handguns.

The 90 degree ones work great for me. Seems to hold my pistols with full mags so far. Seem sturdy. Allow me to put these in my cabinet with tight spaces. The have a coating to protect the barrels, but I trimmed mine down to have exact fitting on my barrels so that the rod wouldn’t be resting on a round in the chamber. That left exposed metal which I covered with heat shrink. I’m happy with them so far.
