The two metal tab spacers on the mount are too wide and won't allow the mount to seat onto the picatinny rail. I tried and tried, but it just would not seat. Other accessories and optics mount just fine to the same picatinny rail section of the rifle. I have contacted Holosun, and I am awaiting a response. Check out the other reviews here, and you will see the same or similar quality control issues with this product. I am not sure if I got a defective one with bad tolerances or if all of them are off and don't work on tight-spec metal picatinny rails. Also, the box and packaging that it came in seemed like something that was drop-shipped from Alibaba. Holosun really seems to have gone cheapo on the manufacturing of this product. This is really pathetic, considering how much they charge for the AEMS itself.

The high mount isn’t ideal for my pistol- a Ruger Mark IV Hunter-but the low mount is just right. Changing from one to the other is easy. It comes with the necessary star key.Though the screws were secure it wasn’t unduly difficult to remove the old ones. You do need to remove the mounting bar, to access the 2 lower screws. The screw holes on the low-mounting plate lined up perfectly with the holes on the sight, so attaching it was a breeze.The only issue some people might have is that the screws are black & must be attached on a black background. If you find it hard to see, a headlamp may prove useful.

works very well and was able to easily mount to be able to see my red dot on my stribog. This brought the dot more natural for proper cheek rest.

do the job, replaced default bigh mount, fits peffectly and POI stayed, no need to recorret reddot to sides (9mm PCC)
