First thing I noticed was how solid this was built and you can tell they took the time to make it something worth buying. Not only is it solid but you can change the rate of caulk that comes out , it has a razor blade built in that can be used to cut the end of a caulk bottle just by pushing the trigger. Super cool! It also has an anti-drip feature which is great cause that's half my issue with caulking when it starts to drip from the container. Honestly this was just a big upgrade from my old caulk gun so maybe that's why I like it so much, but I still believe it would be great for anyone needing a new one or better one.
