The guitar strap lock is simple and works well. This is a great product although it’s very simple.

I wanted to get strap locks, but didn't want to spend the money. Call me cheap or whatever, but these things work great. They fit just right on my guitar. I play an Epiphone Les Paul. They fit snug. I yanked on the strap and there was no problems. I like the quality as well. The only way you may have a problem is if your thrashing on a stage or trying to swing your guitar around your back. Even then though I bet these things would hold pretty well. I will not be buying costly strap locks ever. Hope this helps

The strap I used has a faux leather end, so it's not real thick. I'm guessing a really thick strap might not leave much room for these, but probably the same issue with any brand strap locks like these. I thought the rubber was quite pliable, so was easy enough to install, but I can't see these coming off by accident.

Great innexpensive product to secure a strap on the guitar. I use these on my Gibsons - Les Paul especially because the top strap button is a scary angle that feels like the strap will slip off and these make it feel more like the strap gets anchored in. Can be used just as well for piece of mind on other instruments, like my strat style shapes and others. They feel durable with a strong elasticity.2 things to note. First is they may be a squeeze to fit on the strap button. I dont use a super thick strap, but its padded enough and the ends are what I would consider nice and supported. On some of my guitars with average strap buttons it can be very finicky to fit these locks over top and nicely on the button. But when they do it's very snug and I dont get a ton of pivot of the strap on the button.Lastly, with the strong elasticity mentioned above, they can be pretty tough to try to fit over large or over sized strap buttons. Though oversized buttons are supposed to help with the issue of keeping the strap on already, I like having the extra piece of mind and these can be sort of tough trying to get on over those.Overall a nice product that I'd recommend for the extra security of your valuable instruments.

These are an inexpensive and perfectly functional solution to securing a guitar strap, while being easy to put on and take off.

These are great, and probably the best strap locks on the market. They don't tear into your guitar and I have never had them fail.
