I purchased the Honeywell Brand because I wasn’t sure about the quality of other brands of humidifier pads.I couldn’t find any brands locally.Note: Use “AUTO” on your Fan setting during cool season to prevent moisture buildup in your ductwork and turn your humidistat to “0” when warm weather arrives in the Spring.This is my routine, with my gas furnace. Your system may be different from mine.

With appliances getting older it can be difficult to find replacement parts. With the match in style numbers, this fortunately solved that problem. Humidifier working again. Will probably purchase again.

well, it's a direct fit, so that's good.I took a star off because the design of the humidifier and media wastes water and just gets moldy anyhow by the end of winter. bit that's an issue with the overall design of the humidifier.but if you're looking at this to replace your moldy one, this is what you want. there's nothing better out there. eventually I'll replace the whole darn humidifier with one that doesn't get moldy at the end of winter.

These panels fit perfectly in both the fan driven and passive humidifiers in our home. They are identical in appearance to the branded items at the local home improvement stores and work perfectly at a price that eliminates any reluctance to change them out whenever. Water in warm air is an obvious mold environment, so I am inclined to change them out fairly frequently. We also have fairly hard water (recently dealt with via a softener) and the pads stood up to the mineralization as well as any pad from local retailers. No leaks and no issues. Perfectly adequate product. I have no hesitation recommending it. One suggestion - clean the plastic frame diligently to remove any mineral or bacterial contaminants and these will show little of either for a respectable period of time thereafter.

When I saw the ad, I was skeptical. These were inexpensive (compared to what my local retailer wanted for them) and I wasn't certain of the quality I'd receive. My skepticism was unfounded - the water panel arrived quickly and well-packed and was an exact replacement for the original! It took maybe 5 minutes to install, and I saved tons of cash not only on the water panel, but by doing it myself. This vendor is definitely worth a serious look if you are in the market for these.
