Although this worked. The owner will not stand behind a warranty after 8 months. I feel like there should be some sort of year warranty. Especially on a rebuild board, spend the extra money and buy a good one for $40 more for something that will last

The company who sells this on Amazon, North American HVAC, refuses to stand behind this unit and or give me the MFG customer service number . Thie unit I recieved was bad, as per my HVAC contractor. Even though the ad on Amazon states , this item is returnable for a2 months, North American HVAC denies and says its only a 30 day return item. Thank you to Amazon for making this right. I hope Amazon reconsiders selling anything from North American HVAC!!

Defective and Does not work. Had a technician install it and am getting no power to R. Technician said the board is a dud and you need a replacement. Seller refuses to help me get a replacement. They are not responding to my messages.Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY. Waste of money!Also this item is being sold as Honeywell, however when we called Honeywell they said the item was a Lennox product and NOT theirs. We were scammed and did not receive any help from the seller to try and solve the issue.

I was in the process of changing the air filter on my furnace when all of a sudden I smelled, what I thought was an electrical short. My thermostat said "no power at RH wire" I thought it was the motherboard and swapped it out for this item, which is an exact replacement on a 22 year old furnace,.. After installing I still had no power. The problem ended up being that the 24 volt transformer had fried. I replaced that and now it runs like new. Works as expected. I'm happy.

Delivered and worked mostly as expected. The only exception was it would not mount to my furnace the same as the one it replaced. But functionally it was perfect.
