Down side it takes a special shape pencil ,would be a perfect tool if it used the standard carpenter pencil instead. I guess you could probably buy the pencils for it separately but I haven't look for any yet. I would have given five stars but the pencil docked it one star.

I ordered this to make it easier to cut my peel and stick floor tiles. The product is great for cutting and nice to have a measuring tape attached. The compartment that houses the additional blades was broken. I didn’t return just taped it shut. Overall good product

I like how comfortable it is in your hand. Other than that I would not recommend this tool. The blade comes out when you try to cut things the blade holder itself the door becomes open. When I got it out of the box, the blades are all over the place and not in a package.
