Installed an aftermarket alarm with keyless entry on a Toyota Land Cruiser and wanted to ensure the alarm would go off when the hood was popped. These pin switches are better than the older, flimsy style, and look great in all black with a rubber grommet. The pin was too long for the hood, but a quick trim with a dremel made it just right. Switch works as it should, though I'm hoping I never have to see it serve its purpose to trigger the alarm.
