They're not old USA made SK or snap on wrenches but good Chinese tools for occasional use fixing our Chinese products.

I bought this set for doing some small engine repair work. These are well made (heavier) wrench than most cheap wrench's I have. For a DIY home mechanic these fit the bill highly recommend this set

There is a little plastic disk that Extended as part of this tab. I used a screwdriver and it cracked right off. If you can't get this open, you shouldn't be using tools.I haven't used them yet but since the reveiws were all pretty good except about how it was impossible to open, I have to let you know, it is easy to open and I like the case. Holds the wrenches in even upside down.I am changing my oil later so if this is still a 5 star when you read this, I didn't have any problems

After coming back to read reviews to figure our how to remove the screw that keeps it from opening, I was impressed with the look and feel of these wrenches.I've had less quality wrenches for more money.Overall, I happy with them and would recommend them.
