I doubt that these are OEM, but they work just as fine as the Shimano ones and are easily attainable. I haven't noticed any difference in performance.

I installed these on 3 brake so far to shorten the hydraulic line at the lever on fairly current SLX and an older Alivio and to install a used hydraulic line on a much older Shimano Hone brake. The installation was straight forward and was indistinguishable from the Shimano parts that I normally use.
