I have been looking for a good pair of stairs for our hot tub for quite a while. I wanted them to be nice and heavy duty in case our parents come over to visit as well so as soon as I saw this I had to have it. This came very well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and hardware. The instructions were clear and easy to read and there were no missing pieces whatsoever. My husband was able to get this fully assembled in no time and said it was a very easy and straightforward assembly. He did not have a single issue along the way and everything was exactly as described once he was done even down to the measurements so it fit perfectly and matched up perfect for our hot tub. This definitely has a very large weight limit and you can step on it without worrying about it swaying around or giving out. Very well-made and super heavy duty. I could not be more impressed with the quality in the craftsmanship! Definitely worth every penny and a solid 10 out of 10!

These steps are great. Very easy and fast to assemble and they actually feel very sturdy unlike others I've had that feel a bit wobbly. It steps up about 15" or so, so it's not a huge leap up. One more step probably would have really taken this over the top but every little bit helps when you are talking about the safety of stepping in and out around a lot of water. The handles are shockingly stable when using them with your entire weight as well.

Great, easy to assemble hot tub steps. These are very heavy duty and you don't have to worry about safety. These can definitely hold at least two people. I love the added rails on both sides.

These hot tub steps are very easy to assemble and offer much better stability and safety. The steps are deep and support very well. The grab handles make it much easier for those with balance issues to get in and out of hot tub. The grab handles are also an excellent place to hang a towel for quick access when getting out. I would not want to test the 600lb claim lol, but it definitely holds 280lbs with no problem. Well designed, easy enough to move around, but very stable and safe as well.

We were using just a two step stairs but what I like the most about this is that it has side rails to hold on to. It allows us to step into the hot tub instead having to use the hot tub to balance as we climb the old stairs. Set up was easy and it seem solid enough.

We have an 8-person hot tub that came with the standard plastic steps you see with most hot tubs. They are ok but I've always had concerns with them. Enter the Hot Tub Ladder/Steps with Handrails. I was able to assemble the steps fairly easily, except extra hands come in handy when trying to line up the hand rail parts with the steps (4 bolt with multiple washers). It comes with cheap tools that do work but it is A LOT easier if you have a drill and socket wrenches.Once assembled, it is easy to level as it has four screw-in feet that aren't tiny like some pieces of furniture. It also has brackets on the front if you want to attach it to a solid surface. Since I have the steps at the front of my hot tub which is also where the controls are AND has the main access panel for the motor, I used some brackets to hold down the sides of the handrails as they protrude about 6 inches making it even more sturdy. The steps appear to be wood and have an ok amount of texture making them less slippery than the plastic ones. The hand rail has a fabric wrap on the tops for extra hand grip as well.Only negative I can note is regarding the listing photo. It makes the hand rails seem really high but they are not at all. They extend maybe 18" above the side of the tub. The top step height is also the same as the original plastic ones so the perspective of the photo is deceiving.Once secured, we're very pleased with the steps and especially the hand rails. It makes getting in and out of the hot tub so much safer. They are worth every penny so far.

When we first got this we were very nervous the handle bars were going to go up really high beyond the hot tub but they don’t. They only go up about 6 inches over our top which is what we wanted. This was very easy to put together and stable. I like having the option of a handle bar to grab onto when getting out of the hot tub. Good purchase and I would get this again.
