This laundry cart is great. Was not too difficulty to put together. I love being able to hang my clothes and fold and then wheel it into my room and put clothes up right away. The only flaw is the pole that goes up to the arm is not very sturdy. It needs to be thicker piping to make it last longer but other then that, it is great.

So to start I would not order this product again and I will be taking it apart and returning it. I'll keep it short and sweet. Overall I really liked the idea of this product - however, i will invest a bit more money into one that will actually stand up to everyday life.My issues:*Way smaller than it looks*the coating on the parts was flaking off from the box.*The instructions are a joke. it's this tiny little pamphlet that has everything all jumbled and difficult to follow*the parts came with a little wrench and Allen wrench. The small wrench bent on the first hex bolt and I had to break out my husband's tools.*Customer service info listed on the manufacture pamphlet were exceptionally rude to figure out a replacement part for one of the pieces.Invest a bit more and get a good sturdy product.

The cart is nicely made, easy to assemble too. Directions are very clear. Took me about 40 minutes to put it together because I made a mistake. Rolls nicely on carpet. Is a great height for folding right out of the dryer and transporting hanging steamed or ironed items but hanging rod does slightly tip if loaded up. So nice to have a locking wheel on both sides but because I use it on carpet, I have yet to locked the wheels. Love the bottom shelf too, occasionally need the extra space. It also was handy for temporary duty for a small party. Coats hung, purses in the basket and wet shoes on the bottom rack. Heavy coats were laid over the basket. Love it and would buy again.

This contraption is so cool. I like high quality items that are functional, look good, and will last many years. This cart (so far, to my best estimate) meets all of these requirements. The materials are durable and it makes laundry so much easier. For the first time in my life, I actually got excited about doing laundry!I'm currently in process of redesigning our laundry room in order to make it function better. Historically, it's been a mess and seemed to have a black hole that consumed garments. This is the first laundry butler cart I've ever owned and I'm glad that I made the investment. It's saving so much time and is helping me keep up with the laundry room. Rather than making multiple trips to and from the laundry room, I can simply load everything onto the cart...... One trip and its knocked out! This is especially helpful with my kid's clothes. I found myself constantly on her case to get her clothes from the laundry room and she would almost always leave a couple things behind. Now I can stick everything onto the cart. No more lingering articles!I love the idea of having a designated cart for clean clothes. It always felt wrong putting freshly laundered items in a hamper that was just holding dirty laundry. (It's the things you can't see that concern me, AKA pathogens/microbes.)The little shelf on the bottom is perfect for sorting and the garment rack makes it easy to transport outfits that you don't want to get wrinkled. This cart has helped me cut down on laundry time.The handle makes it easy to maneuver the cart and it glides easily across the floor. It stays in place when the caster breaks are engaged... And the breaks transition smoothly between locked and unlocked.The materials are very solid and durable. It can handle some abuse. There's no finish that can peel off over time. To me, the greatest proof that an item is durable is if it can withstand being disassembled without damage. As a result of going "rogue" and not using the directions, I initially placed the cart on backwards. This caused me to have to take apart the entire unit (almost) and put it back together correctly. The cart did not suffer any damage during this process.Speaking of putting it together...Assembly was NOT simple. In my opinion, the instructions were of little use, other than helping me inventory the enclosed parts. I consider myself to have mad skills at putting things together, but this thing was a little tricky. Overall, it took me around 45 minutes to assemble it.Despite the assembly, I still feel that this cart deserves 5-Stars. It functions great, look good, and is an awesome value. Plus, it seems like it's going to last a looooooong timeTIP: Ensure that the cart is facing the right way before you start assembling the pole and garment rack. There's a cut out that the pole sets into. The cart and pole must BOTH be facing the proper direction in order for the unit to be assembled successfully.Also... I'm searching for a little wire basket to place on the pole for clean socks. (Hoping this will help us all with pairing our missing sock mates!) I want to hang it on the part that looks like a loop, where the pole meets the garment rod. Once I find it, I plan to take that section apart, hang the basket, and put it back together so it will serve as a permanently attached sock accessory. I'll update my review on how this goes!

I bought this for my elderly father who still does his own laundry and was having difficulty carrying the laundry basket and making multiple trips to his closet with hangers and hanging clothing.This laundry basket was the perfect solution. He keeps it in his closet and uses it as his dirty clothes basket and stores unused hangers on it. Come laundry day, he is able to wheel the whole thing to the laundry room. When the laundry is done, he can wheel the whole right back to the closet, with folded clean clothes in the basket and wrinkle-free shirts on hangers!The basket is sturdy and the swiveling wheels make pushing or pulling the basket easy.One warning: make sure the each wheel fits snugly into the base BEFORE you put the whole basket together. The wheels I was sent did not and in fact kept falling out. A call to customer service at the company resolved the problem quickly. They acknowledged that there was a problem with some wheels, and within a few days I received new base pieces WITH WHEELS IN THEM to prevent a repeat of the problem.Overall, I am more than satisfied with the product.

My wife and I moved into a much larger house than we were in previously. Getting the laundry from one end to the other was proving to be a big chore for her so I ordered this laundry butler to make it easier. She loves it and so do I. The basket is good sized and there is a shelf on the bottom that has come in handy. The wheels are made of rubber and roll really good. The top bar makes it easy to get the nicer clothes hung up and to the closet. It's very sturdy and requires some assembly but the end product is well worth the labor. If you live in a large house or have trouble carrying laundry baskets then this is a great product to have. I should have bought one of these years ago.
