Perfect fit on Nikon Z5 Mirrorless and is a essential item to protect your expensive lens. The value is great too!

I use these for both removal of blue tint and for protection of the lens front element.

I'm a brand snob. I generally use filters from a photo store near my home that are fantastic, but they have been completely out of stock since August. I gave these Hoyas a try for some new Nikon glass (50mm F1.4, and 50mm F1.8) and no issues at all. I have also used Tiffen and I got weird glare on my 50mm F1.8. No idea why. It was the weirdest thing. These Hoya's will be my go to filter from now on.

I highly recommend Hoya filters, especially the Multi Coated Glass Filters, to anybody doing "bang for the buck" kind of searches. These filters, in my opinion/experience, gives you the highest returns to what you invest. I saw the difference right away and I love it. If you are not hurting for money, I would recommend to going for B+W F-Pro. Picture quality difference between B+W and Hoya is not noticible but it is just a factor of build quality. I am an enthusiast/amateur so don't take my word as a verdict :) add your experience and/or others opinions to your judgement.

I have not had a chance to use this filter yet, so I really can't say for sure if I like it or not.

I bought this for my new Nikon 50mm 1.8. So far, I'm really satisfied with it. It doesn't show any glare when I looked at it from multiple angles, which indicates it has a really nice coating that won't degrade your image quality, unlike some cheaper ones. (I'm aware that pros would think otherwise, that UV filter does reduce image quality, but for my daily use, I don't see any differences, even at 100% magnification of f/8 shots.)Do spend a little bit more and get a brand-name multicoated filter when you need protection for your lenses. I used to buy the cheapest ones that I could find, but after trying out some brand-name filters (Sigma, Hoya), I was blown away.

Nice filter for backup on my Nikon lenses. I ordered the Hard Glass Hoyas for everyday use and got this cheaper one for emergencies. It works fine, but I go out to parks and hot humid weather for my everyday use so I needed HD Glass for that.
