This computer arrived a week or so ago. My son who is a technician came and transferred data from old computer and set this one up. He was astounded at the speed and also, the signal from my router was so much stronger to it, than it had been with the old computer. I was leery of Hewlett Packard as I had had experience in the past with them freezing up. However, that problem is certainly non-existent with this one.I have not used it long enough to give a complete opinion. Everything is clear and beautiful colors on the screen. I am very pleased. 27" non glare screen is lovely, Xavier with ATT, showed me how to screw base on, and how to install the wifi. Inside the mouse its just a placeholder. Have to put it in the hdmi port in the back. HP must have to pay extra to do directions. Otherwise some things were pretty easy to do, others like camera is glitchy at best. Camera didnt work right, HP put a sticker on camera, webcam, so i had to manually raise it. Bummer. Keyboard has no on or off button like mouse does. Speed for connections & getting things done is super fast. Wifi 6 is great. Price was also great.

First 24hrs of use, My only complain is the fan noise. Because the screen is the PC (Inside) it has to be close to you compared to an actual Desktop PC that can sit away from you and all I hear is Fan going crazy. I might have a busted FAN or some heatsink issue. PC generally is snappy, screen quality could have been better, text is not smooth... overall barely 2.5/5 stars from me. I would rather get a Gaming PC for this price... Can't live with that Fan noise.

My last all-in-one was getting old and moving very slowly. This new and updated HP is just what I needed for personal and small business use. The screen is nice and the speed is excellent. I'm not a gamer, so I don't know how it would be with those kinds of graphics requirements, but for me, the average user, it's perfect.
