Es wird bereits verbrauchte Ware verkauft. Die Fixiereinheit war abgenutzt und nicht mehr brauchbar. Habe die Verbrauchsmaterialseite des Druckers ausgedruckt - und da steht eindeutig, dass die Fixiereinheit verbraucht ist. Eine Rücksendung ging nicht mehr, wegen Datumsablauf. Aber wenn man die Einheit auf Vorrat eingekauft und erst jetzt eingesetzt hat, kann man auch erst jetzt diesen Betrug feststellen.

I paid $40 shipping on this (I live in Alaska). It arrived and didn't work. I called HP. They said we had to deal with the business it was bought from. Put a request in to Amazon (to then pass it through to the Amazon Partner) and never heard back from either. Boo, Amazon.It's now a month after the first review. Update: Another request for assistance. Also ignored. This is so unlike Amazon. I'm a huge shopper with them. But it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth to be ignored so fully by both Amazon and an Amazon Partner. It was an expensive item and I paid premium shipping. It arrived defective. And no one is making it right. Boo, Boo, Amazon.
