Computer arrived on schedule. Packed extremely well. A little skeptical on buying a refurbished computer, but after plugging it in and putting the batteries in the mouse keyboard, everything function as it should. I really have nothing bad to say about this purchase. The price point was right.

Set up of the computer and monitor are fairly intuitive, but the minor, but avoidable, annoyances are piling up. The monitor requires a small phillips head screw driver to complete assembly. None included, none available to me until find one to buy or borrow. The mouse and keyboard require AA batteries. None includes, none available to me until I buy them elsewhere. Fortunately, I have a wired keyboard and mouse, so the new ones can wait for later. The monitor had a sticker on the screen that did not peel off completely. Now I have to find a way to peel off the residual scraps without damaging the screen. Even then, there will be distracting codes printed on the screen in red dots. What possible purpose could those codes serve except to be a constant distraction? Indeed, that annoyance alone just cost you another star. The oddly low tilt of the monitor is not adjustable, so now I have to get a monitor stand to avoid neck pain. Perhaps more as I look at the ProDesk (Not Elite Desktop) to see how it works out. But good job on packaging. :)

I contacted seller right away because my mouse wasn’t working. Luckily, I had another wireless mouse and then everything was working fine with the mouse that I provided. However, today the Wi-Fi stopped working all of my other devices that connect to Wi-Fi are working. Tried to contact the seller no response. I am so disappointed.

The service was fast and the quality of the computer is very good, except the fact that I did not own a serial port that had two different endings. I only had the one that you could plug in easily with the blue serial port for both ends but I had to run out and find one desperately for work but no luck. They are not in the stores anymore, only specially ordered. That was a bummer. I wish there was an option to buy before buying but all in all, that was it. Still waiting on my port but I am very pleased overall. Will purchase again.
