After only 10 pages of laminating total, it fed on a sheet which melted. I've contacted customer support. Spoke to a representative, did trouble shooting. No success. I was promised a call back but have never received one. Stuck with a non-working laminator, 10 sheets in.

So when I purchased this laminator, there were not any reviews but it is HP so I said why not because I have not had any issues with HP products before.The machine was working fine with no issues. I didn't use it frequently but it got the job done. I went to use it last week and it powered on, gave the beep indicating it was ready, and as soon as I go to feed the sheet in, it shut off. I thought it came unplugged but that wasn't it. So I tried switching the plugs and it would not power back on.I am so glad I paid the extra $4.99 for the protection plan thru Amazon. I submitted my claim and they reimbursed me. So if you buy this item, buy with caution or get the protection plan.

Tried to use this for the first time and it made loud noises and would not feed the lamination sheet through. The seller's contact website listed on Amazon doesn't exist so I am returning the item.

Not sure if this was a glitch but this product was purchased for our small business and it was plugged in for 2 minutes the very first time and completely stopped working and we have tried everything.

So far this laminator works fine for 3mil laminator sheets but it doesn't get hot enough to fully laminate 5 mil sheets. The machine warms up fast, is fairly quiet and laminates fast through the 4 rollers. The feed tray is also a nice feature. I only gave this 3 stars because the 5 mil setting won't actually work for a 5 mil sheet. Disappointed.
