I don’t feel the printer was refurbished. It came out of the box dirty. There were no ink cartridges included with the printer. I don’t feel the items that are printed are as clear and sharp as they should be. Overall very disappointed with the product

I have this printer in another location and we use it reliably. I ordered this refurbished printer and have not had use for it until now. It is my fault I waited to turn it on. The printer has worked so well in the past. After plugging it in the printer turns on flashes and ERROR oxo11a17ff dot11 private shows. The printer will not do anything. The battery is also missing from the printer. I contacted support to see if they could help me with the error or if there is anything that can be done. I was told to take a hike - outside of the renewal period they do not care and will offer no assistance. Buyer beware of their refurbished products. This is an incredible disappointment.

It is sold as New (Renewed) The color print is not working and the black came out smeared. The wifi was locked and requesting admin permission.Product was returned the very same day via UPS,it is almost one week after proof of received and refund has not been initiatedStay away from the seller

I usually will look for if a product is available refurbished, have had good luck doing that, but always feel like it's a little bit of a roll of the dice. I purchased (Aug 2022) this mobile printer for a driving job, that turned out to be delayed by several months. Receiving the printer I unpacked it and did a quick set up to a computer via wired USB and confirmed it was working good. Moving forward to Jan 2023 as the driving job is starting I finally went to set up the printer of for wireless printing from the phone and encountered problems. I contacted the vendor asking for trouble shooting help. Being the 90 day refurbished warranty had expired I was hoping they would help trouble shoot with me. They did that without success. They next offered to warranty the printer via sending the old one back and then shipping a replacement. Unfortunately I didn't have time for that as the driving job was starting and I needed it. I contacted them asking if I could purchase a second one and the get it credited when the defective one was returned. I also asked if I could pay for expedited shipping to receive the 2nd one. They replied that was fine, but that they would pick up the costs of the quick ship.Honoring the warranty at all and the picking up the quick ship costs are both above and beyond what I expected. This rates my highest recommendation for this vendor, Printer Ready Corporation out of Ontario, Canada

Problème avec les têtes d'impression. Cette imprimante avait déjà été utilisée. J'ai dû retourner et commander une autre imprimante. L'autre imprimante ne fonctionne pas non plus, problème avec la batterie.

It is the best portable print I could find but I’m not so happy with print quality, it prints faded text. That’s okay but not excellent, unfortunately

This is a fantastic printer for people that need portability. I did not need any tech support to set it up, it was extremely simple. The document quality is very good and has the option for photos, but I haven’t used it for that yet. It prints very fast and the wireless option is a breeze. It prints from my IPhone without any glitches. I would highly recommend it for people that need to have mobility.

Perfect, I have a mobile business and needed a way to print wirelessly and without connecting to the internet, it communicates flawlessly from my iPad to printer without any connection, should have bought this long ago, you won’t be disappointed, the review from the guy who gave it a negative review obviously did not follow the directions, I had mine up and running and printing without a Wifi connection or any cable connection in minutes
