I purchased it because Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10, and the fan I replaced on the old one was very loud. I like the compact size and it is very quiet. I had all data backed up on a separate hard drive. So it was easy but, time consuming to install. You may need to reinstall most programs. One hint: Uninstall One Drive first, or be prepared for constant nagging to buy more space. It works well for what in need in retirement.

Great equipment better than expected but there were shortcuts taken in the included Windows 11 Pro software that didn't include the proper licensing information (no registration key).As a Microsoft partner, this is a requirement.While one of the two machines purchased was going to be used for Windows Server 2022, it has disregarded while the other machine was licensed properly though correct reseller channels.As a consumer, beware of this. It may be working properly for now but could cause trouble in the future in Microsoft determines the licensing as invalid.Reseller's do need to follow the necessary guidelines with Microsoft if the operating system is to be included with the machine or the customer may have to pay for this in the future.I'm not reporting it because there weren't intended to be used anyways.As a consumer, beware of the shortcut.

Wow, this system runs at warp speed. Not what the picture showed but it has everything that I wanted. It runs smooth and it's 10 times faster than my last computer. DVDRW drive is difficult to get to to use but I'll manage. The open drawer button is recessed but like I said I'll manage. The delivery was a day early and the package arrived in good shape. Thanks

I bought this refurbished pc and what i received was not quite what I expected. PC had Memory errors as soon as i powered it up. Seller suggested I re-seat the memory sticks. While not a novice I'm by no means a expert but got the Memory sticks re-seated. This did not correct problem and next suggestion was take on out at a time to try and isolate problem well I thought I had it isolated but then the other stick started to fail along with misc. other issues. Seller agreed to return or exchange I opted for exchange and couldn't be happier this is the machine I thought I was going to get works well out of box no issues what soever

Set up the computer everything plugged in no video Plugged in a VGA monitor proved the computer was working but nothing anywhere to make the display ports work. Both of them inoperative. The product information says refurbished excellent How can they make this statement if it does not work out of the box?Or do they ship like this and hope the end user will fix it.../
