Perfect lil ab roller for home use. Extremely easy to assemble, feels pretty sturdy and well build and is above all else comfortable to use! The grips are a nice, soft foam material which definitely adds to the ease of use.Overall, pretty great value; I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for an ab roller for home workouts.

I like how the wheels are not flat— allows for easier movements on the diagonal / curves. I added some 7/8”ID 1.25”OD nylon washers to help the wheels spin more independently as well as silicone oil in the right places. Two washers in the middle one outside of each wheel. The thing just rolls so effortlessly now, allowing for a much better rep.

A friend of mine has one of these and he has awesome abs so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I found this one since it’s affordable. The knee pads definitely come in handy! Works great and is super easy to assemble
