HOW TO SET THE NEW CODES?
1.Rotate the switch to open the key box.
2.Rotate the switch again to set the codes.
3.Use the screwdriver to rotate the code 180°.
4.Write the passwords down or take a photo for it.
5.Enter the new passwordsafter the passwords were set.
6.If you can open it with the newpassword, that means password is set successfully.

Precautions for use
- When setting the password, we recommend that you set the password to 5 digits, note that our key box cannot be set with the same number twice, and there is no sequence of numbers. Safer, don't worry about safety.
- The key box has no original combination, so set the password and set it according to the instructions. If you need to change the code, you need to use the screw to rotate 180 degrees again to restore. Then reset it.
- After the password is reset, it is best to take a photo to remember, otherwise there is no way to open it if you forget the password.

This safe box is amazing. I live in a place where there is snow and the box can easily get frozen. With the cover over the padlock, everythig stays under control. Also, the black wheel to open the door... best system ever. It is easier than the other boxes I got to open the door. I have tried so many other boxes. This one is the best I have tired so far!

Bought this key box because I had given my spare key to a friend and when I lost my key and cld to get the key I was told “ I did not give her my keys” fortunately another person had a set so I was able to get into my apt. This works perfectly on the door knob. In an emergency im never locked out. Very sturdy, easy to install and use. Holds car Key fob and house keys. Great value.

Because I live alone and I’m older. I felt the need to have emergency access to my home that mine occur and be needed. I wanted a lock box that had a cover because I live by the sea and the salt air ruins everything. This fits the bill, is easy to use, with bit larger size and easy to use numerical buttons for entering your programmed code. The code I chose was quite easy to set and the key fits inside once a little door is opened by the code.

We bought this to store keys so we don’t lose them! Great quality built, functions great, ease to open, setup was easy as well, and it’s definitely worth the money. I especially love the magnet I can keep it out of site inside my cabinet. Would buy again!

I bought 12 key lock boxes - I loved their design and claims of quality and reviews were great.Received the units on March 2nd 2024 and they looked great. Installed the units on March 4th week and starting in May I started receiving calls and texts of folks not able to open the boxes and access the keys to enter the equipment shelters. I went to a shelter location to confirm and indeed, the "c" button can't be depressed and the knob does not move. So far, 4 units have failed and can't be opened. I can't seem to be able to contact the seller. It is one nice looking product, but not reliable mechanically.Since it has been 3 months, Amazon can't do anything, so if you decide to buy, you have a 33% chance it won't work in 3 months... my guess us that by 6 months all 12 units will not work. Such disappointment.Pay the extra ten dollars and get a lock box from a known brand. I do NOT recommend this product.I will make a video next time I am at one of the sites before I replace from a lock box from Home Depot.

This lockbox was simple to set up and works reliably every time I open it. The inside of the box is roomy and has a hook to hang a key on. I also like that it has a cover that flips down to expose the keypad. I would buy again.

Yo lo instalé directamente en la entrada que da a la calle, parece que funciona muy bien, los botones no son lo mejor, hay que presionar fuerte para que se activen. Cabe mencionar que NO puedes duplicar números, por ejemplo (si eliges un código de 5 cifras: 23451) NO necesariamente tienes que marcar ese orden, es decir, mientras presiones los números que elegiste, puede ser en el orden que quieras, ósea 32154 funcionaría con éste código.... así que no podrías poner 23241 (ya que el número 2 está repetido) espero explicarme... (viene con un desarmador para poder elegir los números que quieras para tu código que puede ser hasta de 8 cifras... finalmente hasta el momento lo recomiendo, tengo tres semanas usándolo y sin problema, me parece resistente y me gusta que trae la puerta exterior para proteger de la intemperie (sol, lluvia, granizo etc) habrá que ver cuánto dura con el tiempo...

I needed one for my front door handle. I often fall and can't get up, so I use a Fall Device that Calls for Help whenever I am unable to help myself. If a person on my calling list arrived and doesn't have a key this will allow them to get inside. If an ambulance were called, the code will be given to them by the operator manning the call. I wanted a punch button lock for easier access. It locks back with shutting the latch on it. It is very well made and I was able to set the code , using the little screwdriver that came with it. So far, I am pleased. I wish the buttons lit up, but this model does not have that feature with the push buttons.
