I revived the lock box and had to return it. One of the hinges on cover was broke. Box may be sturdy but cover is plastic ,

I ordered this wall mounted key lock box to keep spare keys to my house, shed, and padlocks that are outdoors. Compared to other similar lock boxes I have used, this one has superior features and characteristics that I liked.More secure than most, the hinged locking lid on this box, when closed, is recessed to resist prying tools from getting in. The latch in the lid that locks this box is engaged by pushing a flip lever upward for a positive latching, which is more secure than spring latches that are often used in similar boxes. The flip lever can only be pushed down to open the box when the wheels are set to the correct combination. Once opened the storage space is generous with ample room for key rings and even bulky electronic key fobs, if desired.This lock box is made of an aluminum alloy to prevent rust and has a weather-proof cover lid that protects the combo wheels and mechanism from exposure to the elements. I also appreciate the inclusion of a small LED light so you can see the combination in the dark.Finally, I like that this box uses 4 mechanical combination wheels and does not require electronics or batteries to open the lock. A small coin battery is required for the LED light, but it is not required to unlock the box, it is only for the light.Overall, this box is well-designed, durable, and very tamper resistant. I find this box to be a great choice for securing spare keys, especially in an outdoor environment. Highly recommended.

Mounted this on my back porch to hold the keys I need for outdoor use. I love how it lights up so you can see at night. A little on the bulky side, but it totally works for what I need.

It was locked upon opening. Looks like a pretty good product. I just couldn't use it. I will be returning it for a replacement. Exchange, not a return

Solid box with all the trimmings to securely attach it where you need it.Don't be like me, don't get locked out of your place because you have a habit of automatically locking the door as you open it before you step outside - because one of those times when you go out to check your mail... you'll just happen to do that and you'll kick yourself because you're too concerned about just leaving it under a mat or inside a fake stone... or a fake piece of poo. Get this sturdy box, set your code and be grateful!Oh - and did I mention it lights up when you open it? That's right! You don't even have to worry if you lock yourself out at night and don't have your light on! Win-win!
