I had to return this spool as it is nothing like it used to be. I have purchased this from the same vendor before and it was wonderful to use then. Now... It's a slippery plastic like black covering the wire instead of soft rubbery pliable black. I tried to bend about a 6 inch length and twist it to see if it's curvable around small bamboo plant stakes... Forget it ... the wire inside the covering kept popping it apart... would not flex or confirm to hold as the covering is hard and slippery now. I am quite disappointed as I really loved this wire for other projects also besides plant and garden use.

That's what I ordered! It's just wire with cheap plastic that isn't flexible! It also is 3times thinner!

This is the most cheapest junk you can buy it doesn't even twist together the wire is super super thin I wouldn't waste your time or money with this product it's junk

Flexibly, strong and easy to cut. Would recommend this as a good line for twisting and when flexible, soft wire is needed.

The coating is thick, but the wire is so thin it is invisible. Hence, it is lose and cannot be used for cable ties.

Should work fine for plants but I was hoping to use the ties for other non plant uses that require more strength. It is very flexible and too soft to tie together heavier items.

I attached to two trees to hang batting over, it would have worked fine if line didn’t snap so easily. I could t use it the distance I wanted to because it broke but it was strong enough to hold up bird netting.
