This product doesn't work. I've tried several configurations. I've used new and old power banks. The customer service line doesn't reply. I will be returning this.

I set this on low heat. I had a sherpa base layer on, followed by pants, followed by a heavy lined set of overalls on. I felt the heat come thru. I sat for 11 hrs straight hunting in the cold. My rear was warm but the seat is a little stiff. I was a little sore after about mid afternoon.

I should’ve read the instructions all the way to the bottom because it’s the very bottom it says you need to power packs to use both of these cushions. I thought it was only one 😡😡😡😡

It’s nice but it doesn’t come with a battery pack. Luckily, we have a few of those.
