Needs to be a bit taller for the disabled. the longer side windows sag terribly, need a retainer strap. Zipper is terrible in the corner. Cheap plastic hubs, should be aluminum or steel. Broke a hub on the door on 3rd use. Little gust of wind twisted the door panel while taking it down and snapped a piece of plastic off the hub, now the rod won't stay in place. Customer service is a joke, 1 year warranty, but won't cover anything unless it was damaged or missing right out of the box. They won't even respond to your warranty claim, or answer emails. You must call the Indian customer service line to get nothing but dusappointment from them. Boycotting all GSM (Muddy) products.Update: GSM finally replied after seeing my negative reviews on multiple sites. They have accepted my warranty request and delivered not just one, but 2 replacements as they are currently offering buy one get one free on Muddy website.

We purchased this blind to mount to an old trailer for a disabled hunter's first hunt since injury. Using an Action Trackstander chair, the windows were too low to see out of. We raised the blind by building a 7" tall, 3 sided "frame" to mount the base to. The track chair just fits inside this blind. The hunter was able to raise the Trackstander to full height within the blind with this modification (for pressure off load, not for actual hunting). The garage door is critical for access but a disabled person will need assistance to operate it. We added a 18" wooden stick to the zipper pull which allowed him to pull the zipper across the top of the door but was still unable to zip around the corner. This blind made a reasonably good solution for a challenging situation. Being able to facilitate his return to hunting was incredibly rewarding and this was a key component to making it work.

Just a pop up I know, but this is probably the worst one I have sat in. For 3 people to be able to hunt out of it is a joke. It is so narrow you are all the way against the back wall and still you will be hanging your barrel or bow out the window. Also if you are tall the upper window does not get out of your line of sight very well. It would be helpful if there was some kind of velcro retaining strap to the roof. The zip side door is also a mess. You have to hold it up for the zipper to clear the corner. Other muddy blinds were great. This one not so much.

Set this blind up twice at my house without issues. First time I attempt it in the field, one of the fiberglass poles tears through the pocket it resides in rendering the blind totally useless. Luckily I had a spare (not Muddy) in my truck. I’ll replace that one well before rifle season after I do a bit more research but it’s safe to say it won’t be another “garbage” blind.
