I’ve used many high end tripods that cost double l the price of this one and i am impressed with this one.The stability is there. The build material and quality is on par with more expensive tripods.I measured the height fully extended. From the floor to the top of the platform was 62 1/4”I tested this out with a nikon d7500 with a speedlight and it held the weight easily without tipping or the clamp ball failing/slipping as i’ve seen on more expensive tripods. This tripod and mount will easily secure any stock or barrel steadily. The clamp has a precision grip adjustment with nice rubber padding on all sides to protect your investment.Pros:Twist tightening leg clamps (no bulky lever clamps)The included stock/barrel platform is solid and easily tightened with precision and has a removable base fitting that can be affixed to a cameraA simple lever to fasten the pivot ball in any position above plane.Comes with a carry bag.Cons:The legs can’t be locked in a spread open position (they open to a maximum spread but can be pushed back in easily. A little less secure in a dynamic environment)Theres a small level bubble on the mount but it’s partially obstructed by the mount itself as are the positioning markings on the sliding base. With the minor gripes, i still would recommend the tripod because of it’s build quality, versatility (camera/stand dual purpose) and simplicity.

I got this for my 23lb .308 competition rifle Im quite pleased with how sturdy this thing is, its quite hefty, its rugged, its incredibly stout. My rifle doesnt have much recoil with the 23lbs and the brake but this handles recoil like a boss. Ive used a 6.5cm rifle with no brake and it still holds up nice and strong. I do have to adjust it every 20-30 shots but its a micro adjustment with the little adjustable knob near the top of the tripod.HOLY ADJUSTABILITY BATMAN! This tjing adjusts and tightens down in like 7 different ways. The clamp up top is nice and soft, doesnt scratch the rifles and clamps down nice and tight. I like that the whole unit is metal, at least 95% of it, very nice quality for a shooting tripod.Ive used it at the range, ive used it to shoot 1.3km and no issues thus far. It opens up and collapses pretty quick to no downtime when using this thing

This is a quality tripod. The height for each leg is adjustable, so you can set it up on uneven terrain. The gun mount clamp and the level are also adjustable. There's actually a bubble in the level. The unit is sturdy and well-made.

One of the things that can be most frustrating for a photographer is having a tripod that can handle various terrains without falling over. This tripod is meant to handle a variety of shooting scenarios with unpredictable conditions. That means it is prepared to stand and deliver a stable surface. This tripod is easy to set up and easy to use. It holds my camera securely. Highly recommended.

This tripod is nice and sturdy! I'm really happy with it. It has a nice rest, but also that's removeable, so I can use it as a regular tripod for cameras too. I have a phone mount for tripods, and I was able to mount it to this since the screw was the standard screw size for cameras. This is so sturdy. I love the fact that the legs are able to be different lengths, so when I am on uneven ground, it is doable too.

This tripod was nicer than I was expecting. I have purchased a number of tripods and monopods over the years, some quite good, some mediocre. This one falls squarely in the nicer category. it is a hunting tripod, so it is geared more to use as a rifle rest and/or a place for your spotting scope.it comes with a very handy carrying case, an allen wrench for disassembly (not needed for normal use) and two heads: a clamp for a rifle, and a shoe for mounting a spotting scope/binocular holder.you also get a set of spare grips for the rifle vise.two of the egs are encased in foam, helping to keep them quiet.I'm looking forward to using this tripod when hunting and/or scouting.
