These decoy nests are easy to assemble, gently put the wire piece in and align with the bottom rings and expand the nest to get the wire in. The metal hook is able to be adjusted by hand for the most part.My only dislike is the nests are pretty thin and can tear easily when putting together. I don't expect them to last all season and will have to probably periodically replace them. But this is a 50 pack so that isn't an issue.Overall they look great, we've placed them all around the yard in hopes of keeping wasp/hornet populations down.

I had such a problem with paper wasps in my yard and pool. They had little nests EVERYWHERE and were aggressive with us if we tried swimming in our pool. My neighbor suggested these and within a few days, the wasps were gone! We can finally enjoy our yard and pool again!
