It looks cute. But it is nearly impossible to get open and get closed. It is just cheap plastic. Worth nothing! It’s going back.

This is perfect because I have more of these in different shapes (avocado & onion), but not-so-perfect if you’re looking to store LOTS of garlic. can rly only hold one full head.

届いた商品は画像とは違う商品でした。色は画像だとクリームっぽい白、表面にニンニクの筋が見えますが、実物は真っ白のツルツルした物でした。底に通気口もあるはずですが、全くありません。これから購入される方は気をつけて下さい。

Good value, huge enough for elephant garlic heads or several smaller garlic heads. Mom liked it upon unboxing (translation “I want it”) so I gave it to her. I like that the shape of a garlic heads leaves no doubt what’s inside

Love having a proper way to store garlic ...less chance of mold too soon ...the air holes let it 'breathe' ...this 'keeper' will hold up to 3 heads max. ... probably enough for most kitchen cooks since so many cloves in one head ... but since no0 good in fridge NEED something that works properly in cupboards & THIS is best have found. Recommend getting one for YOUR kitchen!!UPDATE: YES ... my garlic is fresher LONGER now that is is stored properly ... & is so much easier to work with FRESH garlic gloves than old grungy ones. This appreciable difference is VAST ... & the garlic now keeps its better-quality for longer so my dishes are tastier because of it!

Bigger than expected and not as easy as my porcelain (broken) one to open when needing a clove of garlic during cooking!Takes up more room on worktop, not sure yet if it will keep garlic fresh as long as previous china one but time will tell!

Keeps garlic fresh a long time. Easy to clean, and very sturdy. However, it is very difficult to open and close. You have to line it up just so, and those markings are visible only on the inside of the top piece.

I had a Hutzler Garlic Saver that unfortunately had an altercation with my stovetop. Sadly, the stovetop won. Even with the one side melted, I did use the wounded saver while I was waiting for the new one. The old one lived on my counter for about 7 years before it finally got tossed. It did a fine job of keeping my garlic fresh and not sprouting. I'm sure the new one will do just as well.
