As I found out the hard way. The male thread on these couplers are BSP 3/8 which is British Standard Pipe and not 3/8 NPT. The difference being 3/8 NPT is 18 tpi and BSP 3/8 is 19 tpi and a little different in the respective OD dimensions. As I am trying to do is find an adapter to make this work. If not I will return this item. Seller needs to include all the specifications of the product in the ad.

The cheapest coupler for a vevor hydraulic pump (they comes with the same connector but only have female Installed in the hose)I can't find only a male part with male 3/8NPT thread. And this set comes with male and female both sides comes with 3/8NPT male thread.Now are working and have a spare female connector (maybe I will sell it alone)
