UPDATE:I learned that all of these leak if you leave the top on while you're running it. It's just a dribble, not a big deal. But it's because the bottom part sucks in air for the electrolysis. The solution is the leave the cap off (or at least cracked) when running the machine. It's not a big deal, the cycle is only 3 minutes. And if that's not feasible, then the leak itself is just a few drips. This occurred with every brand I tested.Original Review:This is 2-in-1, meaning you can use it with a plastic water bottle, or just use the included glass water bottle.I personally don't drink out of plastic water bottles because they contain hundreds of thousands of microplastics, so I won't use that feature. I drink out of the glass, or pour it into something else. This is a fairly low amount of hydrogen - 3ppm. And when I tested it, I had to run it twice to get that high. When you take a supplement, you would normally get 8-10ppm.The solution is to drink more (3ppm x 3 cups per day), or, run it several times to boost the ppm.I suggest you get a hydrogen tester, to confirm how many ppm you're getting. My last one was very similar to this, and started leaking from the bottom after a couple weeks. I hope this one doesn't leak. Finally, don't forget, on ALL of these hydrogen generators, you're supposed to leave a little bit of water on the bottom at all times. Of course standing water means can easily breed germs, so you must also be diligent about washing it out really well (it's somewhat difficult to clean the bottom part with the generator).

This 2-in-1 hydrogen water bottle is a sleek and high-performing device designed for those who want to elevate their hydration routine. Right out of the box, it feels premium, thanks to its aviation-grade aluminum and polycarbonate construction. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and has an IP67 waterproof rating, which adds extra durability. The real star here is the advanced SPE/PEM electrolysis technology, which infuses water with an impressive 4000ppb of hydrogen in just three minutes. The separation of hydrogen and oxygen ensures clean, high-quality hydrogen water without any unwanted residues. It’s easy to use, and the Type-C charging port means quick recharges, making it super convenient for home, office, or travel use.A full charge allows for 15-20 cycles, which is great for daily use. The added health benefits—like reducing oxidative stress, improving metabolism, and enhancing recovery after workouts—make this a solid investment for wellness-conscious individuals. One minor consideration is that, like most hydrogen water generators, regular cleaning is necessary to maintain efficiency. However, with its long 3000+ hour service life and fast electrolysis time, this bottle is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to integrate hydrogen-rich water into their daily routine. A great gift idea for those who prioritize health and hydration!

I've tried and used a number of hydrogen water bottles and this is one of the better ones. The instructions for this are better than the ones included with other bottles. They clearly state how to use and prepare the bottle before making water to drink. They also state that it's important to keep the membrane wet so a little water should always be kept in the bottle. These are things often left out of instructions for other bottlesIt's simple to operate. Add water, screw on the cap and press the button. The cycle runs for 3 minutes during which the LED lights up and changes color. When the light goes out, the water's ready to drink. The lights and colors are pretty cool to watch.Another nice feature of this bottle is that you can use a regular water bottle screwed onto the base instead of using the glass container. That could be useful if you're using this to make hydrogen water while out walking, cycling, hiking or pretty much anywhere away from home. What I like best about this particular hydrogen water bottle though is the taste of the water. It's clean and refreshing with no aftertaste. Some of the other bottles I've used caused the water to have a funky metallic taste. This is a very reasonably priced hydrogen water bottle, and with the ability to also use bottled water, sets this a notch above the others.

It's a great bottle that is changing my habits. While I don't have a way to test the ppm of the hydrogen produced, I am noticing the benefits that Hydrogen water is reported to provide, at least anecdotally. The bottle itself is made of glass, which I really appreciate. However, the threads are different at the top and bottom, so if you aren't paying attention, you can install the caps on the wrong ends, which immediately produces leaks. I did that once, and I learned from the experience. The PEM filter is very important to me. It filters out the chlorine and ozone produced as a byproduct of electrolysis. However, it requires you to leave a small amount of water in the bottle to prevent the filter from drying out. I don't see a problem with that for home use, but it does limit your travel options.I also appreciate the USB-C charging standard. I already have too many cables, and the road warrior in me looks forward to one cable to rule them all.
