Dropped this in 100 gallon pond tub for temporary housing, working amazing so far and pretty slick looking I would say lol. Very well built, another great hygger product

This is a very large heater with tons of safety features. I own a slim Hygger as well. I have nothing bad to say about this company, everything is excellent. And the value is definitely there.

My old Aqueon heater kicked the bucket. After looking over piles of reviews, I settled on this heater. I am glad I did. It functions perfectly and better than any other heater for our 55 gallon aquarium. It keeps the water temp exactly where it needs to be. Easy to use and install. Well with the price! Highly recommend.

Can’t attest to its longevity but, Hygger has a great name in the aquarium world. Quality you can see and feel. Quickly heated my 130 gal set up and holding steady. I have it mounted in my sump. The digital read out is great and set up was simple. Plug and play. Highly recommend. 5 stars assuming it lasts.

Just like the title says it's an extremely reliable heater from a great brand! I've had many aquarium heaters & they ALL quit working within about 6 months. Not this heater. It might not be quite 6mo that I've had it yet but it's gotta be getting close & I can just tell based on it's build quality that this heater is going to run for quite awhile... I definitely hope so at least cuz it's got the greatest options of any aquarium heater I've ever had & for that alone it's worth the little bit higher price than the Walmart & Petco brands... But the amazing thing is by higher price I don't mean by $100's but rather $10-$20 more is all that just amazes me considering it's digital readout & setting options that are drastically more sophisticated than any of those box store brand heaters that basically are just as high prices but without the high quality options or the reliability! You seriously can't go wrong with this hyggar aquarium heater it's truly a gem!

Thermometer is reading the right temperature, but heating element no longer turns on after 2 months in use. I'm very lucky my fish are fine at room temperature. I'm extremely surprised this heater failed this fast, worst I've seen in 20 years of fish keeping. It looks cool and works great while its working. But 2 months is unacceptable.
