I recently purchased the Hyper Back Extension Roman Chair, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. The adjustability is a big plus, allowing for a comfortable fit regardless of height. I primarily use it for lower back extensions, but it’s also great for working the glutes, hamstrings, and core.Assembly was straightforward it feels stable and secure, even during intense workouts. It doesn’t wobble or shift!

The bench was easy to assemble, it was exactly what I needed for my home workouts. The quality is very good, it is super versatile for its functionality. During some of my workout movements, I need to adjust the foot or thigh aspect of it and it makes a world difference. The adjusting ability is as easy as walking. The bench is great for the price!

Used very little when one of the pads began to separate where it flat pad meets the curved part. It’s not a heavy duty bench but would be good for the average sized person. Disappointed that the pad didn’t last longer than 3 weeks, will probably return and purchase one from a local equipment supplier.

It is cheap, made in China and way overpriced. Disappointed! Don’t buy this machine. Go to Titan. Now I can’t even return it.

This Roman Chair has seriously elevated my home gym setup. The build quality is solid, and once everything is tightened properly, it feels stable even during more intense workouts. I’ve been using it mainly for back extensions, but it’s great for targeting glutes, hamstrings, and core as well. Assembly was simple and quick I had it ready to go in under 30 minutes. The adjustability is a huge bonus, making it easy to get the perfect fit no matter your height or workout style. It folds up nicely when not in use, which is perfect for saving space in my small workout area. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for a reliable, versatile piece of equipment at a great price point. Entire fam loves it!

Excellent product, it exceeded my expectations. The structure is strong and stable — perfect for home workouts. Super easy to assemble and feels very secure during use. I love how it targets the lower back and glutes. Totally worth it!

Lower back is one of the most important exercises especially if you are above 30. Even with no weights this gives the lower back and amazing stretch. Even on non-back days I do a 10 rep set. This thing is sturdy! Very stable. It's really adjustable so it doesn't put pressure on the thighs. Would recommend!

I read all the reviews before I purchased this, I have had the equipment for ~4 months. Some of the other reviewers perhaps did not know how to adjust the devise. Here are my key points:1) I am 6'3" and about 220lbs. The unit is sturdy and adjusts well for my height2) The packing material in the box is very minimal, each piece was wrapped in a plastic sleeve - some of the plastic was torn in shipping. That said - I think only 2 pieces had a scuff on the paint job, not a concern for me - but some folks will not like that.3) one of the flat plate pieces was bent as shown in another review. I assembled it and it tightened down flat with a ratchet wrench.Once set up - it looks good, it works good. The packing was not what we have come to expect in shipping everything arrives perfect - but there was a lot less packing material to through out. If you are looking for a pristine perfect piece of equipment - this might not be for you. For me, it is a part of my basement gym - after I had a laugh about the packing - it assembled just fine and works as I hoped it would.

One of the support beams had rust in it. I could live with it. I had to bend a bracket straight. Okay.Once put together the leg supports were crooked, they're also incredibly hard so it was nice to use and the whole fixture was unsteady.
