Replace split diaphragms on the Hypro D403 Diaphragm Pump with the replacements included in the Hypro D403 Diaphragm Repair Kit - 9910-KIT2423.
Most of the time, if you notice the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color or if oil comes out of the discharge port, one or more of the diaphragms have split. Do not run the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. Running your diaphragm pump with torn diaphragms can cause extensive damage to the pump. If your pump is in constant use, you should be replacing the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours to keep your pump reliable in the field.
