Tapes did not come with the Barcoded labels that are required for Tape Libraries.

The cartridge had no shrink-wrap, the clear plastic case had several labels on it, there were no cleaning tape labels in the case with the tape (like sealed new cleaning tapes come with), and the cleaning tape had some dust on it - didn't look pristine/new. I don't trust that it's new and I'm returning.

Thanks for making product available. Two concerns: 1) product appears to be unused, but because it wasn't shrink-wrapped, can't verify. 2) There is normally a sticker or two that can be applied to the cleaning cartridge to check off each time a cleaning cycle is run. Was not included, so I needed to make our own.
