I decided to try this for several reasons, one for the cold plunge effect for body health, and also to see if it would serve a purpose for having an extra plunge tub outside for bathing. We put it together, which was very easy to do just takes a little bit of time. And we ordered the one with the extra inflatable ring around the edge. It’s much larger than what I expected. It is very sturdy with the way it’s constructed.This is very nice for the room and comfort you feel sitting in it we use the garden hose to fill it so we had cold water in it and then threw two bags of ice. We picked up at the store. This was adequate to cool the water down, but I am sure that if you want to do a five minute cold plunge, you’re gonna need about 10 bags of ice at least. This summer we plan to get a larger automatic ice machine so we’ll have Plenty of ice on hand to do this again ourselves instead of having to buy ice. After you get done, there is a drainage tube on the bottom, which is easy to open up and let the water out so if you’re using this outside, I would put it by a garden area so that the water is used for trees or something and recycled that way. Also, you can buy liners for this on Amazon so that that helps with any dirty buildup from using it bathwater inside they’re inexpensive and come in like a pack of 10 and you lay them on the inside of the tub so that no oils or anything you put in the water Would touch the walls of the unit. I would highly recommend it if you have athletes in your family, kids or anyone that plays soccer or if you’re a swimming pool owner on hot tub it’s nice to have one of these around to go from hot to cold plunge. Very glad to have tried this. Can’t wait to get the ice machine so we can do it anytime we feel like we need to! I think it’s a very reasonably priced cold plunge tub! I give it an A+.

Things do happen!I see many discussions and reviews on “recovery “ I feel in MY PERSONAL OPINION… is that the “product”????I believe…. This would be the temperature…. The ice , in the water… cools the water to a frigid degree of temperature, the human temperature, dropping….I myself boxing, mma, even moons of soccer, we would ice down soreness or ice bath in similar containers that cost about $5,000.00 to a old grocery sack… I’m just curious…Why?I received this product, I have a few different ones, and starting off with no instructions really to someone whom has never done e one, could be very interesting… I mean upsetting!!!I am rating the PRODUCT right? Again, I’m completely confused from many responses…From others I have had at same I’d lesser cost, where’s the lid? Sch40 piping? Flush cap? Cleaner or liner,I did assemble, and this one is a lil more apprehensive! The “loose” fittings are less in quality from most I have had experience with…the “ID of the fittings are slightly different …”I’d assume casting molds are different, piece by piece”…some fittings, are turning “milk white” being the over 30 years plumbing field… tension stress and will not last for taking apart time to time, especially with no cover or lid…Yes, I agree with the review, and do appreciate there are inexpensive “liners” available , conveniently on Amazon!!!The material itself is avg to most I have had experience with, very tough stuff! Strong!The bottom drain “leaks” incredibly bad…. Teflon took care of that, quicklyI did not measure 129 gallons… but most certainly will and will update…Just because the instructions were not included, I didn’t feel other factors were PAR..Fame construction “thin” “loose”No Lid or CapLeaking drainDifficult to build without stressing on fittingsNo bag? Storage?My opinion only, if looking for short term? Maybe this will work for you! All in all a great value.The liner for the bath is surprisingly high quality for the price.The design is simple enough to put together but some of the fittings are a little off so you might need a rubber mallet to make some adjustments.I found it was plenty big enough so get full submersion and I'm about 5'10".It works very well for such a simple design.In terms of capacity, it will hold 126 gallons but you only need to fill it about 2/3 full as you will displace some water.The lid really doesn't fit at all, no matter how I tried to adjust it so I ended up just getting a 6ft tarp and some para-cord and that seems to work perfectly.

This stuff wasn’t sturdy at all. Some elbow broke and the vague instructions wasn’t helpful. I take almost 2 hours for me to finally be able to assemble it.I am not happy with everything. It is not sturdy . Idk why all the reviews are all 5 stars!!
