I like this commercial ice maker because it is fully functional and the instructions are simple and easy to understand. It operates quite quietly, the ice cubes are of a good size and are very solid, not melting as quickly as those from a bullet ice maker. Small ice cubes can be made in just 7 minutes. I run it about every 2-3 days to keep the ice bucket in the refrigerator full. The ice cube shape can cool any beverage and make it refreshing.

The machine arrived just in time and the manual was very helpful for a beginner like me, providing detailed instructions on the buttons and operating steps of the machine. It was easy to follow their guidance on which buttons to use to access the settings.The ice maker works really well! It can produce a large amount of crystal clear ice cubes in a short amount of time. It dispenses a new batch of ice about every 10 minutes. The ice bin is large and deep, with a 400 lbs ice storage capacity, which meets the needs of our business!

I installed a water filter between the faucet and the ice maker, and I noticed that an extra rubber plug was included in the instruction manual to prevent us from being unable to use the ice maker in case we lose the rubber plug for the water tank. I appreciate this attention to detail!As time passes, the small amount of ice inside the tank will gradually melt, but the ice storage compartment has good insulation, and the drainage hole at the bottom ensures separation of ice and water.The work noise is not loud, so I placed it in the front office, and the stainless steel body also serves as a decoration in my front.

I purchased a commercial ice maker for use in a business environment, and it was installed and up and running in just 25 minutes. The appearance and performance are great, producing ice in just 11 minutes and creating perfectly sized ice cubes. The ice is firm enough and doesn't melt immediately. I am impressed by the performance of this ice maker!

Before initial use, the machine must remain upright for a minimum of 24 hours.The unit is equipped with an inlet hose, a drain hose, a filtration system, and a heavy-duty plastic ice scoop.This ice maker can produce ice cubes of various thicknesses, depending on their intended use. I personally like to set it to make the thickest ice cubes because they last longer in the ice bucket.The exterior is made of high-strength stainless steel, giving it a nice metallic texture.When I received the ice maker, I removed the white plastic film from the stainless steel, which makes future cleaning of the exterior easier.The blue LED light really makes the ice look beautiful, and the lining is very thick, it features a special thermal insulation foam layer, which helps with ice storage.This ice maker is commercial-grade and can produce a large quantity of ice cubes.
