Soft padding cushion protects ankles
Through extensive research and development on and off the rink, we have determined the ideal density foam to protect the ankle from bruising and pain caused by ice skating and other strenuous activities.
One size fits most
The 1Lifeonearth ice skate ankle pads (one size fits most) generally fit men and women ages 10 to adult. It may not fit children with very small ankles/feet, or adults with very large ankles/feet.
Male model pictured has size 11 (men's) boots and size 10 (men's) ice skates.
Female model pictured has size 8(w) boots and size 8(w) ice skates.

Innovative design
The proprietary design protects the fibula, tibia, both sides of the ankle bone (medial malleolus and lateral malleolus), and the accessory navicular bone.
Padding on both sides of ankle to give nearly 360 degrees of protection.
Lower padding design protects medial malleolus, lateral malleolus, and accessory navicular bone.
Upper padding protects tibia and fibula on all sides. Helps to prevent bruising caused by the top of the skate rubbing on the lower leg bones.

Excellent product! My 15 year old son uses them with his hockey skates - no more ankle bone pain! They stay in place and are very comfortable. He just wears them over his socks. Pricier than others but good quality and worth it!

Mostly I use it for rollerblading, to protect my ankles; great product. Will soon ice skate with them. Comfortable and prevents blisters etc. Able to skate long hours thank to them. Highly recommended

Our son plays high-level hockey and can be on the ice six times a week. This fall, his ankle began to bother him, getting swollen and appearing bruised. Bought these due to rubbing of hockey skates. The helped with rubbing and getting blisters. Tight in ankles so make sure skates are big enough.

I was actually really happy with the performance of this sleeve, the comfort was worth the price, but sadly it just didn't last long enough to to truly it (About 1-2 weeks your mileage may vary). I used this sleeve to relieve a pressure point between my inside ankle and the carbon fiber edge of my inline skates. For that, it was game changing, but after a few sweaty sessions the fabric started losing elasticity allowing the padded part to ride up and away from the pain point. Additionally, the gel pad compresses over time, I tried a hot water bath, and massaging it but that did not restore it.If this was a much lower price, I would consider it as a consumable product and I'd buy a bunch and just throw them out. I really did like it, but if it's going to cost over $40, I expect it to last a few months at least. So my feedback to the vendor, is get them to last longer, or lower the price.

I skate a lot, 5-6 days/week, 2-3 hours per day. I got new skates a couple of years ago, then I started developing serious swelling on the inside bone of my ankles from the constant rubbing of the skate wall on the bone. I had the skates punched out, and got skate orthotics. Both of those helped for a while (or at least seemed to), but the problem continued to get worse. I was wondering how much longer I'd be able to continue skating at all, and was sure I'd have to cut back on the amount I was on the ice fairly soon.I bought these ankle pads in late September 2024 (about 10 weeks ago now), and found they've helped immensely. The bone swelling in my ankles has stopped (although not reversed) and the pain skating was causing has completely ceased. They are the perfect solution to my problem. I'm very thankful they appeared in a suggestion list from Amazon.
