Ordered a small/medium. The item received was labeled "kids/youth." It's pretty tight, but I've been trying to stretch it. Next time I would probably get the medium/large, as the small/medium is pretty small for an adult. I'm a small/average woman. It would be fine for a smaller person or maybe a teenager. Or if you don't mind stretching it out. Otherwise it's really nice and cute.
