The free motion with light clicks for the 360 degree is nice, but also helps to keep from getting caught on items off the belt. Holds on to the belt well the clip shape. Locking mechanism holds onto the tool very well, with easy removal for when you need the tool.

Recieved this product a few days ago, after using it I do like the design , my leather man wave is held in very securely and after a few days I am not concerned of it falling out . The only dislike for me is the swivel mechanism , it is way to loose and I am constantly fixing the position as it almost freely rotates. If this mechanism was harder to rotate I would give this product 5 stars. I am considering looking for a different product and returning this one just because of the swivel.

Unless I'm missing something completely obvious, there's no way to get your Leatherman Wave out of this case with one hand when it's clipped to your belt. It takes significant fiddling even with two hands to remove the tool. What's worse, even though the mechanism holding the tool in the case is effectively impenetrable, somehow it still feels flimsy.

I like it way better than the cloth covering it comes with and I love the belt clip but I’ve only had it slightly over 3 months and it came apart the belt clip is the weak link. Still because there’s nothing out there yet that matches its handiness I’ll buy another. Don’t purchase if you need durability over the long term.

Great case, i really like it. Seems to good quality. The only thing, i would of like is that it was more one handed, to release my leatherman.That little tab on the inside of the lock seems to grab hold to much. Good complaint I guess.

Its actually pretty awesome. The only thing i dont like/or think could have been better is the locking. It locks on one side, for myself i would prefer 2 locking tabs for security. i have already lost it on the ground due to accidentaly opening the locking tab. But my work also includes wierd places and crawling. A normal user at their home f.eks will not be bothered.overall a cool little gadget😊

Upon delivery I put my Leatherman in the case, and it fit well. Wore it for about 2 hours, it wore well, and it was on my belt out of the way. Upon getting into my vehicle (drivers’ side) It bumped the door jam (on my left side) and just broke. I did not bang it hard or do anything to make it break purposely. I thought it would work well and last a lot longer than it did. I left the remains in the parking lot. My search continues for a suitable replacement.

I was surprised at how well it holds on to the Leatherman, even upside down, unless you press the lock to release it. The belt clip holds on to belts well and is far easier to put on and off a belt than any that attach with a belt loop. This has replaced the traditional case I used to carry mine in.

I was looking for a sheath clip to replace the aging yet reliable nylon ouch sheath that ccame with my wave so many years ago as my coveralls would not facillitate it when i have to don those. Other than getting used to how it may move and stick on stuff when I am getting in and out of the vehicles, this thing has been great. It even took a couple pulls from those times it got stuck and I swore it would have broken but held up. The price is right and it looks good. May even get a spare to cater for my own carelessness.

As advertised, was concerned at first if the Leatherman would be secure but it stays in there with no problems.
