The amount you get is great for the price. This helped my cat so much with redness and puffiness. I take lysine as a person and this was a great addition for my cats diet. Will be ordering again when we run low

I think that this size of this product is worth the price! It seems small but the amount of powder you put in daily is fairly small so it has lasted me a long time. I originally bought this because I researched that l-lysine is good for cats with FHV, which my cat has. My cat has constant ooze coming from his eyes due to this illness and was hoping that this might reduce that problem but have noticed no difference in that area. However, I obviously can’t tell from the inside perspective if this is helping or not, but I’m hoping it is. I personally can’t smell any weird odors with this product and my cat has no problem eating it in his food. He adapted automatically to this product once it was put into his food from the first day. Can’t see any physical effectiveness from his eyes, but I’m guessing his illness responds better to actual prescriptions and antibiotics instead.

After trying a lysine gel from the vet that my cat rejected I was feeling stressed. I bought a treat that she also rejected. I bought this product with little hope but to my amazement she gobbled it up right in her food with no issues. Hallelujah! 😂 My cat has respiratory issues from hell. I won’t get into the plethora of products, meds and vitamins that we use. Therefore I’m struggling to know how much this product is helping. It’s only been like a month though so it feels a bit early to tell. I can tell you it’s worth a shot if you have a finicky grumpster like my Smalls. I’ll be buying more when this runs out. There’s a lot of doses in this jar though, I feel like they give you your money’s worth!

I use this everyday, twice a day in my cat's wet food. I simply sprinkle to ensure an adequate dosage. I notice a difference in the igoo, and the overall energy. The only con would be the small package and the price we pay. You get 2 oz of this wonderful product for almost $18 and I have 12 cats! But they love it, and I do notice a difference in their being.

One vet recommended to do this and my cat got even more sick so got 2nd opinion and there is a ton of research that shows that l-lysine is not good for cats for this or more things. In fact studies show the opposite or there aren’t enough conclusive studiesYou aren’t allowed to return this stuff eitherI even was trying to mix with food but my cat also stopped eat it after a few days. I was dumb and bought 2 up front based on the vet recommendation

I have four cats, and now three of them have issues with their eyes (a third got it during the last really bad flare up). For years, I have been giving the cats lysine to help their immune system, and always find they do better when getting the supplement. However, they get sick of treats, gels and different powders fairly quickly, so anytime I find something new and different on the market I have to give it a try. This one is a powder, but it is different than that fairly thin ground white powder. It is an orange grittier powder. When I opened it, there was actually a thick layer stuck on the protective cover that you peel off. Just for giggles, and to see how the cats would react to the smell and flavor, I put this on the floor. The cats actually took turns licking the cover, which was a wonderful sign. They still actually push their way to the food when I sprinkle some on their food.I am hopeful that if I continue to rotate between a few other types of lysine that I have, we might be able to keep this one going for a while yet, as they have responded very well.

My cats really like it and think it’s a treat so they get excited and happily eat it. They seem to be sneezing less and one of them used to get like stuff around his nose and he hasn’t had it for a bit.
