This has worked great to heat up bath water when I didn’t have any hot water. Very easy to use and pretty durable.

Yes it will heat the water in a bathtub, but you better heat it overnight for the next mornings bath. Because it takes forever to heat 4 inches of bathtub water. Also the cord gets extremely hot!! It's concerning how hot the power cord gets. If you have all day to wait for your water to reach 70° , then this is your water heater.

Am glad to have this for when my water heater went out and had t0 be replaced there was a little while before I had the money to have new one installed and so I'm so grateful for the good price heat level and functionality and ease of use with this water heater. So glad to have it.

It does heat the water up but it takes about three hours to heat up a tub of water. The power cord gets very hot which is a bit concerning. I’m not sure why all of these reviews say that it heats up quickly. It doesn’t. It does eventually heat it up though.
