I’ll be honest, as much attention this company pays to the quality of their products, they could spend a little time making decent instructions.I bought the 1 point hitch, landscape rake and box blade. All of these are much higher quality than I expected, especially for the money.The hardware is all grade 3, so I guess I’ll see how that holds up.Overall, this is awesome!! Nice jobUPDATE!!!!after using this for a while, I still love it, however they need to include shims to center the ram. When using it rubs on the frame of the unit and if left unfixed it would wear a hole in the cylinder. I used washers to make my own shims.I also had to shim the insert to pick up slack because the unit moves around significantly inside the hitch on my SxS.

You need technical ability to be able to assemble this. The pin that mounts the ram to the mount is too large. There are absolutely no instructions for the ram itself. It is almost like it is an after thought. The wiring has no instructions and the wires are too short.I mounted this to a Yamaha Viking 3 seater. I had to modify the wiring, modify the ram, and assemble it all based on 2 pictures. If you are not technically inclined, you may want to hire someone to install for you. Once I had it installed, it works great.

This is very heavy duty thick steel, it needs better instructions for wiring it up. If you are engineer minded you can figure it out. It ended up being a 4 hour install... But it works great on first use.
