  • Cutters are extra thick micro-grain carbide tips, ground to a mirror finish on precision 5-axis grinding centers.
  • Cutters have a 3/4" spindle bore, but are compatible with 1/2" spindles using an adapter bushing
  • One Rail Cutter and One Matching Stile Cutter for use on stock from 3/4" to 1-1/4" thick.
  • One Raised Panel Cutter for 5/8" panels


Lock Miter shaper cutters are ideal for both right angle joints or flat glue-ups. For 90 degree joints make the first cut with the stock flat on the shaper table, then make the second cut with the face against the fence. Glue joints are made with one piece face down, the other face up.
